Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kaushalscreations.com
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, you should have an unboxing video where it is clearly visible that when you took out the product from the package it was already damaged.
Moreover, to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping returns
If you are approved for exchange of damaged items, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
